- The title is no title
My depression comes in waves. One week I can feel fine every time I wake up and the next is the opposite. Either I have the energy to complete everything I need, or I have little to no motivation to even brush my teeth. My depression is more than just being sad or tired. It is draining to the point where I am trying with everything I have to do something but my body just won't let me. Depression is a battle in the body, and most of the time I lose.
Dr. House - House M.D.
You took a chance, you did something great. You were wrong, but it was still great. You should feel great that it was great. You should feel like crap that it was wrong.
Dr. House - House M.D.
Saying there appears to be some clotting is like saying there's a traffic jam ahead. Is it a ten-car pile up, or just a really slow bus in the center lane? And if it is a bus, is that bus thrombotic or embolic? I think I pushed the metaphor too far.
Dr. House - House M.D.
Tell a surgeon it's okay to cut a leg off and he's going to spend the night polishing his good hacksaw... they care about their patients. They just care about themselves more. Which is not an unreasonable position. Trying to maximize the tissue you save also maximizes the chances of something going wrong. Which means you've gotta be extra careful. Which is such a pain in the ass.
Mary Harron
- Patrick Bateman's Monologue
My pain is constant and sharp and I do not hope for a better world for anyone. In fact, I want my pain to be inflicted on others. I want no one to escape, but even after admitting this, there is no catharsis. My punishment continues to elude me and I gain no deeper knowledge of myself. No new knowledge can be extracted from my telling. This confession has meant nothing.

- Get Jinxed - Rot
Wanna join me come and play? But I might shoot you in your face. Bombs and bullets will do the trick. What we need here is a little bit of panic. Do you ever wanna catch me? 'Coz now I'm feeling ignored, so try a little harder. I'm really getting bored! Come on! Shoot faster, just a little bit of energy. I wanna try something fun right now. I guess some people call it Anarchy! Let's blow this city to ashes and see what Powpow thinks. It's just pathetic neatness but not for long.

- Tae the Stairs
The last time you came up to a set of stairs and an escalator, did you Take the Stairs? If you're like 95% of the world, then you probably didn't. Most people don't; most of the time we look for shortcuts. We all want to be successful and we all want to have a happy life, but we constantly look for the easy way. We look for the "escalator" in hopes that life will be easier. Unfortunately, in our search for making things easier, we are actually making them worse.
Remember The Titans
All right now, I don't want them to gain another yard. You blitz all night! If they cross the line of scrimmage, I'll take every last one of you out! You make sure they remember FOREVER the night they played the Titans.
Geoffrey Chaucer
- The Canterbury Tales
What that Aprill with shoures soote the droghte of March hath perced to the roote, and bathed every veyne in swich licour of which vertu engendred is the flour; whan Zephirus eek with his sweete breeth inspired hath in every holt and heeth the tendre croppes... and smale foweles maken melodye, that slepen al the nyght with open ye (so priketh hem nature in hir corages); thanne longen folk to goon on pilgrimages.

My name is Victoria Spring. I think you should know that I make up a lot of stuff in my head and then get sad about it. I like to sleep and I like to blog; I am going to die someday. Rebecca Allen is probably my only real friend at the moment, she is also probably my best friend. I am as yet unsure whether these two facts are related. In any case, Becky Allen is very pretty and has very long purple hair. It has come to my attention that if you have purple hair, people often stay looking at you.

- all too well
I walked through the door with you, the air was cold. Something 'bout it felt like home somehow and I left my scarf there, at your sister's house. And you've still got it, after all this time. And I know it's long gone and that magic's not there no more, and I might be okay but I'm not fine at all oh, oh, oh.

- Cinnamon Girl
Cinnamon in my tea, from your kiss, you're touching me. All the pills that you take, violet, blue, green, red to keep me at arm's length don't work. You try to push me out, but I just find my way back in. Violet, blue, green, red to keep me out, I win.
I am so sad
- I love you but I hate you
I hate that I can't be with you. I love you. I love you in a way I don't understand, a way I've never felt before. I love you so much that it makes me hate you. I hate you for loving me, I hate you for making me love you. You came into my life and made it your own. My every thought, feeling, and action is consumed by you. I love you, but I hate you.

- Just Wait.
When you meet a girl, you may think she will be the best thing that ever happened to you. But you should just wait until you're in high school or when you've graduated. Speaking from experiences, I tell you they can just leave you like that for no reason, and it feels terrible. So just wait, and you can still be happy no matter what.

- My rant of the day 1
I was texting my friend Yadriel about the fact I am very thankful of the fact he is always there for me when I need him. I know I do not say this a lot to him but I do always think this. He is probably the only person who ever stood up for me in any case. For anyone reading this, No i do not like him. I don't like him that way and only see him as a friend, also school food is ass.
A Typing History
I learned to touch type in 1968 when I was in a three-week course during the summer between my junior and senior year in high school. Our classroom had manual typewriters with blank keys; we were supposed to look at a big chart at the front of the room as we did our exercises. I wasn't a very fast typist by the end of that course, but I didn't have to look at my fingers. Personal computers were far in the future then.
Typing Practice
When I was a child, my father told me to practice with this sentence: "The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog." Another sentence that he recommended was, "Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country."

- Forgive me
Are you as insulted as I am? This is what they send against us? This is what they send? This rabble? We hold one of the mightiest cities on the face of the planet. The fury of its guns sends all skyborne enemies to the ground in flames. We stand united in our thousands - our weapons without number, our purity without question, and our hearts beating courage through our blood. And this is how they attack us? Brothers and sisters... Forgive me when the moment comes that weep against our walls.
Robert Anton Wilson
- On War...
Every war results from the struggle for markets and spheres of influence, and every war is sold to the public by professional liars and totally sincere religious maniacs, as a Holy Crusade to save God and Goodness from Satan and Evil.
Scaramouche
It took three betrayals for me to finally understand: the world is just an elaborate tapestry of lies. My fury will never be quelled. The first to betray me was a god. My creator... my mother. Valuing strength above all, she saw no worth in me, and I was discarded. The second was a human. My family... my friend. Consumed by fear, he saw me as an abomination. The third was one exactly like me.
