- ABC's
Okay, here we go; a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z and now we go backwards z y x w v u t s r q p o n m l k j i h g f e d c b a good job! When I was in high school, bored in class one day, I wrote the ABC's down on paper and read them backwards a couple times, and that's all it took for me to memorize them backwards perfectly. It was surprisingly easy! The human brain is a miracle creation of the universe.

- You didn't know
If Hell is forever, then Heaven must be a lie. If angels can do whatever and remain in the sky. The rules are shades of gray when you don't do as you say. When you make the wretched suffer just to kill them again.
Louis Brandeis
- Concurring Opinions on Whitney v. California
Those who won our independence believed that the final end of the State was to make men free to develop their faculties, and that, in its government, the deliberative forces should prevail over the arbitrary. They valued liberty both as an end, and as a means. They believed liberty to be the secret of happiness, and courage to be the secret of liberty. They believed that freedom to think as you will and to speak as you think are means indispensable to the discovery and spread of political truth.

- Just what I thought about Storytelling
Learn storytelling. It will be one of the best things you invest your time in. There are two types of story. One is an incident and the other is a long term story. It teaches you how to communicate effectively and how you make someone feel. If you learn storytelling, you can easily talk to people, be interesting and remembered by people.

- Motivation Monday
You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard you hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward.
Cassandra Clare
- Jem - City of Heavenly Fire
We are all the pieces of what we remember. We hold in ourselves the hopes and fears of those who love us. As long as there is love and memory, there is no true loss.

- Caduceus's Speech (Critical Role C2 110)
Pain doesn't make people. It's love that makes people. The pain is inconsequential. It's love that saves them. And you would know that, but you have none around you; you said so yourself. You surround yourself with lies and deceptions, and... I wish for you in the future to find someone who will mourn you when you are gone. Respectfully.

- Time is Running Out
He has to find more and better ways of occupying his time. His time, what a bankrupt idea, as if he's been given a box of time belonging to him alone, stuffed to the brim with hours and minutes that he can spend like money. Trouble is, the box has holes in it and the time is running out, no matter what he does with it.

- Typists in School
I have noticed that many of the self-written quotes on this website are done by high school students looking for anything to do that isn't their schoolwork. As a teacher, I'm not shocked. Take it one day at a time, kiddos. But you better not be one of my students!

- I'm Thinking of Ending Things
I'm thinking of ending things. Once this thought arrives, it stays. It sticks. It lingers. It dominates. There's not much I can do about it. Trust me. It doesn't go away. It's there whether I like it or not. It's there when I eat. When I go to bed. It's there when I sleep. It's there when I wake up. It's always there. Always.
Someone who's always tired.
- However, Life is still a Rollercoaster
Up and down, up and down. 'Life is like a rollercoaster' everyone said. Perhaps, because it is true. However, I don't see life as a rollercoaster. I see it as walking down a straight path. Everyone walks their way, straightforward, zig-zag, up and down, rolling, etc. And what happens if you see something that catches your eye? You go to it. You changed your path.

- The "Lord Devil's" hobby
The letters that I - Lord Devil receive from high school kids, and the recordings I make of their phone calls, are my prized collection. There are unhappy people in this world- that fact has been my saving grace. Real stories, straight from the horse's mouth. I get so much more into them than I do reading some canned tearjerker of a novel. I've been collecting other people's unhappiness for three years now, hanging out different shingles. It's not about preying on them, it's about praising them.

- Focus on the good.
It is so easy to wake up and think about all the things that will make your day worse. Whether it's the dreary weather or the upcoming test you have. Thinking about all the things that could go wrong brings down your mood even if there is no immediate reason for it to do so, so stop thinking about all the bad that may or may not happen and start living every good moment in your day. It's nicer that way.
Ignacio Richardson
- Worry about now!
Do what you can do now and don't worry about the future because if you do you will be stuck in this loop of constant worry of the future. Also don't dwell on the past either because you will tend to think about the bad things that have happened to you and then you will tend to talk bad on yourself.
Ramana Maharshi
- Non Dualism
Become conscious of being conscious. Say or think "I am," and add nothing to it. Be aware of the stillness that follows the "I am." Sense your presence, the naked unveiled, unclothed beingness. It is untouched by young or old, rich or poor, good or bad, or any other attributes. It is the spacious womb of all creation, all form.

- The Great Below
Staring at the sea, will she come? Is there hope for me, after all is said and done? Anything at any price, all of this for you. All the spoils of a wasted life, all of this for you. All the world has closed her eyes, tired faith all worn and thin; for all we could have done and all that could have been. Ocean pulls me close and whispers in my ear. The destiny I've chose, all becoming clear. The currents have their say, the time is drawing near. Washes me away, makes me disappear.

- I like to do the cha cha
The White House Reception Committee greeted The Prime Rib Roast Minister; and I do the cha cha like a sissy girl. I like a do da cha cha... I'm sorry we seem to be having some technical difficulties.
TV Girl
- Talk to Strangers
Don't take candy. Don't get in someone's car. Don't let anybody touch you, no matter who they are. The police are at your door. Turns out the killer was your neighbor. He seemed like such a normal guy. A little quite, nothing major. You should've listened to your mother: don't ever talk to strangers.

- characteristics of an aquatic ecosystem
An aquatic ecosystem is comprised of many different factors. A primary difference between the different factors are whether or not they are considered biotic or abiotic. Some abiotic factors of aquatic ecosystems include the depth, clarity, pH, turbidity, salinity, temperature, amount of dissolved oxygen, amount of sunlight and the types of dissolved nutrients inside ecosystem. Three primary zones are present in the water, and they are characterized by the type of flora and the level of sunlight.

- hormones in the digestive system
One of the important factors under hormonal control is the stomach acid environment. During the gastric phase, the hormone gastrin is secreted by G cells in the stomach in response to the presence of proteins. Gastrin stimulates the release of stomach acid, or hydrochloric acid (HCl) which aids in the digestion of the proteins. However, when the stomach is emptied, the acidic environment need not be maintained and a hormone called somatostatin stops the release of hydrochloric acid.
