* Mettez les index sur les touches qui ont un relief (petit point ou barre)
* A chaque touche il y a un doigt assigné. Une touche doit toujours être tapée par le même doigt.
* Ne regardez pas le clavier, les yeux doivent toujours être sur l'écran
* Entrainez-vous !
What really helped me improve my typing speed is... stress from Assessments at school, so I've learned how to type fast to get my assessments in on time.
I don't look at the live speed and accuracy stats while I'm typing anyway. Disabling those updates could also improve the latency of the highlighting updates.
When my fingers hurt after too much time on the keyboard, I like to take a small break. Then during that small break I will type a message to who knows. I'll send it off with lightning speed in hopes that this does something good. I wish to achieve more than 50 WPM because I would like to be my own boss one day. So to be the boss, you got to be the boss of yourself Mr. 100WPM man. ...
What really helped me improve my typing speed is to not try to improvise on typing tests. They cause stress and force mistakes that wouldn't have happened when you are stress-free. It is better to work normally and the speed will increase automatically as your brain becomes more familiar with the keyboard layout.
My tip to improve your typing speed is to just type a lot. My speed has been steadily increasing over the past few weeks and the only thing I've been doing to practice is to do the tests for about 1 to 3 hours a day.
My tip to improve your typing speed is to... Slow down. I mean it. I slowed down and for the first time I hit 60 WPM. I think it is because when I slowed down I was able to keep a steady pace and make less errors. I also think that if you practice on slow first you will outperform when you speed up.
If you want to get better at touch-typing, just work at it. Bit by bit, every day, until your fingers ache and your brain feels like it's about to explode from all the quotes you've read and re-read. The only way to improve is to reach your limit... and go beyond!
When my fingers hurt after too much time on the keyboard, I... just let the typing go and give my fingers some rest or do some finger movements or exercise
What really helped me improve my typing speed is... Practice and patience, practice and patience, practice and patience and more practice and more patience!!!! I started at 5 WPM. Now I constantly type at 50 to 60 WPM. Just keep practicing and you will get more accurate and faster.
My tip to improve your typing speed is to practice everyday, it's not about how fast you can type, it is about the accuracy. Focus on proper typing technique ( positioning of fingers on every letters, and a good posture).
In some cases (like me), fingers are not biologically able to send pain signals through the human nervous system when said person types at a speed comparable to an ape without any sort of neurological systems.
