- What our parents did to us
It is very interesting to learn how many of our behaviors now are because of our parents. The way we react to things, the way we handle things, the way we carry ourselves. It can also be very powerful learning this as it gives us the power to change. By understanding how our parents have shaped us it gives us the opportunity to reshape ourselves into what we would like to be.
