Text : My depression comes in waves. One week I can feel fine every time I wake up and the next is the opposite. Either I have the energy to complete everything I need, or I have little to no motivation to even brush my teeth. My depression is more than just being sad or tired. It is draining to the point where I am trying with everything I have to do something but my body just won't let me. Depression is a battle in the body, and most of the time I lose.
