When I made the original comment I was being sarcastic. So I knew that people didn't like it and meant to downvote. Woosh is an English internet term that refers to someone not getting a joke. it is an onomatopoeia for the sound of the joke flying over your head. Specifically it refers to an English figurative saying: "The joke went over your head" which means you didn't understand the joke. Reddit is a website that functions kind of like a pin-board with different sub-reddits that are pages which encompass certain topics. These are denoted by an r/ in front of the title of the page. R/Woosh is a subreddit where users post screenshots of people not getting jokes. I hope this makes sense I'm a bad writer.

Or maybe the idiot is the person who uses a term like r/woosh that a small, reddit-using portion of the population would know. When using a public site used by people of all backgrounds, ages, genders and ethnicities, I think it behooves us all to communicate using common terms that would be understood by all. For example, it's not a good idea to reference (without explanation) quotes from songs, movies and books etc as only people who are familiar with those songs, movies and books could possibly understand what you're talking about. In short, use language that can be understood by everyone, not a small subset of the population
