Quelques pistes

* Mettez les index sur les touches qui ont un relief (petit point ou barre)
* A chaque touche il y a un doigt assigné. Une touche doit toujours être tapée par le même doigt.
* Ne regardez pas le clavier, les yeux doivent toujours être sur l'écran
* Entrainez-vous !

When my fingers hurt after too much time on the keyboard, I...

First of all, I go to Youtube and then go here again. You know, it is always just a go and rest, don't take it straight, of course, you need to take a rest or your fingers will be tired and will hurt. That's all my advice.

My tip to improve your typing speed is to...

Always start slow, try not to look on your keyboard, and try to familiarize them. It's better to familiarize than to memorize. Remember, when practicing, do not go fast at first, then just slowly increase your speed when you are familiar with your keyboard. Also, make sure that you are in your right seating position and the right position of your finger on your keyboard. After some time, you will be a fast typist and you will even delete all the error markings.

What really helped me improve my typing speed is... practice, practice and more practice! There are no tricks, you just have to trust that you will get better. Don't look at the keyboard, it's okay to make mistakes, just keep practicing. Focus on accuracy and the speed will come.

I really wish that people would stop posting overly cheesy, or overly personal "quotes" on this site. I'm here to improve my typing speed....not read about total strangers' lost loves or depression. Talk to a friend or family member of your troubles...or write in your journal...don't go pouring your heart out to total strangers.

My tip to improve your typing speed is to memorize the keys what your finger will press. In that way, you will be comfortable and only think of the speed.

I have typed a lot since I was very young. Since I was just a few years old probably. I would say I have spent thousands of hours doing stuff online that required often typing, so it is easier now. I do believe that after you have a lot of experience, your speed rarely changes that much though. So if you have plenty of experience touch typing, and you hit a plateau, you will probably not get much farther easily. Some people hit it earlier and some later, faster typers on tests like these probably get almost 200 wpm.

I started typing practice with typing master and it benefited me a lot.I learned touch typing with this app. It is very cool application everyone who is willing to learn typing should start with it. Later on I started practicing online and that improved my speed a lot.
And online I found that KEYHERO is having the best user interface for typing so I started typing here and now I can type very fast then before, just because of typing master and keyhero.

My tip to improve your typing speed is to...practice every day of the week. Except Sunday and Monday. I will practice until I improve 100%. Practice makes perfect and I've had way too many years to learn this.

When my fingers hurt after too much time on the keyboard, I simply stop and think, is it worth at all? will it even matter some day in the future? I am yet to find it out!

What really helped me improve my typing speed is... switching my keyboard to Dvorak. Your typing speed will suffer for first month or so (assuming you practice during that time), and your QWERTY speed will never be as fast as it could have been, if your fingers constantly need to switch between Dvorak and QWERTY, but typing on a Dvorak keyboard will feel far more natural eventually and your speed will improve in the long term.
