Quelques pistes

* Mettez les index sur les touches qui ont un relief (petit point ou barre)
* A chaque touche il y a un doigt assigné. Une touche doit toujours être tapée par le même doigt.
* Ne regardez pas le clavier, les yeux doivent toujours être sur l'écran
* Entrainez-vous !

What really helped me improve my typing speed is... was freaking practice, although, I am very proud of myself because i taught myself how to type over the summer of 2020, i should have learned how to type I'm the fourth grade, I'm almost a senior and hadn't known how to type until i taught myself how.

My tip to improve your typing speed is to just type on blank keycaps.... might just completely eradicate you looking down on the keys.

I don't know why I am writing this but all I know this is to help with typing skills. So here are some hard words; photosynthesis, chloroplast, mutation, isotope, anaerobic respiration. There, now you should be able to write really fast here as these are simple words. Mitochondria.

My tip to improve your typing speed is to... fine the patterns of mistakes that you often make, and improve on those. For me, for what ever reason, it's the word "practice". I always want to make the p, a capital p, even if it's the middle of the sentence. It took a while but the sensation to do so is slowly going away.

My tip to improve your typing speed is to use this during classes, during meetings, during anything. Don't pay attention to what's important, pay attention to typing.

wanna get better at typing? type with a yes cuz yes. but an actual tip is to just practice using KeyHero.com. Just get to know your keys and try to type without looking. You'll get progressively faster, and you'll get much better. I started off as 40 wpm and then I got better and is 70 - 80 mph average. And that all happened in a year. So I'm pretty sure you can do it, and I'm only 13 lmao.

Learn the ten fingers method. It really helps in dividing the workload of each of your fingers. Also practice. Not a lot, but constant. For me, at least 3 times a day is enough to keep the current level. But I think I need around 15-20 times to raise my current level.

When my fingers hurt after too much time on the keyboard, I put them in rice with vanilla ice cream and let them sit there until I go to the church

Slow is fast. Focus on cadence and fluidity. Key location should be intuitive rather than memorized. Absolute speed is nothing without accuracy. The speed will come. Practical application of typing is more a marathon than a sprint.

What really helped me improve my typing speed is focusing on learning what keys I am using and using a keyboard I enjoy typing on as well as the abundance of tests and practice that I have used since I found this site.

Been practicing less these past 2 weeks and just using tests as a warmup before typing things for work.

Consistently hitting upper 80s/low 90s during casual runs and almost never under 70 for even the most troubled runs under the worst conditions.

Not everyone will be able to type at the speed of light on their first few tries. It takes a long time and a lot of practice to be able to type quickly with little to no errors. As your typing skills grow, so will your confidence. With both skill and confidence, you will be able to type like no one's business!

I usually type in a weird way and get about 80 WPM. I want to learn the "normal" way to hopefully reach better speeds eventually. Long way to go.

What really helped me improve my typing speed is typing at a lower table, so that my arms are more level. I put my keyboard on a TV tray whenever possible.
