Meredith Grey - Fairy tales - Part 1 ➔ Meredith Grey - Fairy tales - Part 1

[English] 9 heures, 59 minutes by lehcarn64

You know when you were a little kid and you believed in fairy tales? That fantasy of what your life would be - white dress, prince charming who'd carry you away to a castle on a hill. You'd lie in your bed at night and close your eyes and you had complete and utter faith. Santa Clause, the Tooth Fairy, Prince Charming - they were so close you could taste them.

[English] 10 heures, 25 minutes by lehcarn64

I spent the last... I don't know however long writing an awesome quote. I was reading the red text. I noticed the "Automated proofreader for English." I thought to myself. Hey, that sounds pretty cool. I will use it for the quote I'm writing! Now, we will never know about that awesome quote I wrote because it reloaded the page. Lost in the digital graveyard.

It's inescapable. Humanity. Our very essence. Our emotions... Rage. Compassion. Hate. Two sides of the same coin. Inextricably bound. That which inspires us to our greatest good... is also the cause of our greatest evil.

MattGeoSnyder - The Human Spirit

[English] 4 jours, 6 heures by user468593

To feel sorry for one's self or to inflict that feeling upon someone else may be the most disgusting thing in all of humanity. Because, for whatever the objective measure may be true, the human spirit has proven itself to be indomitable.

You understand teacher, don't you? that when you have a mother who's an angel and a father who is a cannibal king, and when you have sailed on the ocean all your whole life, then you don't know just how to behave in school with all the apples and ibexes.

Several texts provide an extra level of information: they correlate dates in a solar calendar with a lunar calendar. These equivalences are at times also supplemented with the names of the priestly course on duty at the time. (Here the words "day of the lunar month" and "day of the solar month" are not in the text but are supplied to help you understand it.).

Carol Taylor (Inspired by Tenacious D) - The Best Quote on Key Hero (Tribute)

[English] 5 jours, 8 heures by user97580

Last week when I was I was practicing my typing, an amazing quote came to me. It was the best quote ever. I used Word to perfect it and checked the sources. It was funny, not too long, easy to type, thought provoking, and poignant. I slept on it and in the morning I was able to add an inspirational message that was relevant to the current times. However, OneDrive autosaved it to oblivion, and I lost it. So I would like to use this quote as a tribute to the best quote on Key Hero ever.

Anonymous - Writing

[English] 1 semaine, 1 jour by ashlychaustre

My biggest problem is starting. Once I get n the mood, once I have started to put my thoughts into words, this will be easy. But I can't seem to get started. I try and I try, but I just can't put my thoughts into words today. I know what I believe, I know my view of the world, but I cannot put it into words right now. So I will wait. I will read. I will find the words eventually. For now I'm just literally putting my thoughts down until I can think again.

Some nights it's harder to close my eyes knowing that, you, aren't going to be here when I wake up. Do you, realize that I miss every moment we used to be together? Cause, I do every second of everyday. So come home; won't ya?

[English] 1 semaine, 3 jours by arsalan1211

Don't you ever wish; you were someone else you were meant to be the way you are exactly; don't you ever say you don't like the way you are, when you learn to love yourself you're better off by far. And I hope you always stay the same because there is nothing about you I would change.

I could not help laughing at the ease with which he explained his process of deduction. "When I hear you give your reason," I remarked, "the thing always appears to me to be so ridiculously simple that I could easily do it myself, though at each successive instance of your reasoning I am baffled until you explain your process. And yet I believe that my eyes are as good as yours."

Many children have begin their transition from elementary to middle school, I myself have their too. It may be a little tough with the new challenges and new teachers. But, to all those new 6th graders. Middle school is the shortest and in my opinion, the most fun years of a person's life.
