However, the rules are not absolute, which means that in a given time, one will have to learn how to make exceptions for those rules. That's the difference between a good leader and an enforcer. An enforcer simply forces these rules upon others, while a leader understands the purpose of the rules and closes an eye if it aids achieving the goal of the rules.
