Anything worth doing is worth doing poorly too. Brushing one's teeth is worth doing, and probably worth doing well, but brushing one's teeth poorly is far better than not brushing them at all. The point is: doing something, even poorly, is better than not doing it. It's better to try your best and scrape by than to fail, or worse, give up.
