Text: Here is a trick that will help improve your typing speed. Practice a few Instant Death exercises and then move to the regular quotes. Speed came to me when I had a "feel" for the keyboard and it was only accuracy that gave me that. Accuracy is the foundation that speed stands on and focus is the foundation that supports accuracy.
