If you are rushing and being inaccurate, just be conscious of what letter to type, realise that inside, you know where to press your finger and you can type with 100% accuracy. But we don't type with 100% acuracy, so just try to remember to stay conscious, keep focus

When you are making a lot of mistakes and feeling very demotivated, just type slowly, but accurately, and you will realize that you can control it.

Also, trust in the process of improving, and don't think too hard, if you are not enjoying it, you are doing something wrong!

When you are feeling demotivated, feeling frustrated that you can't improve, step back, and allow yourself the right to make mistakes. You'll find you feel a whole lot happier, and therefore you will improve. Weird cause I learnt this from a quote from this typing test.
