I definitely agree! Although having lofty ideas and goals can give you a sense of direction and motivation in your everyday life, accepting yourself for who you are also plays a huge part in having a healthy self-esteem and sense of worth. I'm currently very imbalanced between these two ngl, but I think everything, when in moderation, can be beneficial.

When I close my eyes I imagine myself exactly as who I am now, is it better to be satisfied with who you are, or should one continuously seek to improve? I believe that it should be a mix of both.
