When my fingers hurt after too much time on the keyboard, I... usually continue typing, thinking that it's some sort of endurance training. However, practicing tired isn't necessarily the best way to improve your typing skills. I find that my accuracy decreases as my fingers get tired.

What really helped me improve my typing speed is... focusing on accuracy, like the website and all those quotes tell you. :)
