The term "weight lifting" is a misleading term. You don't just lift the weights, you also have to put them down. Some even say that putting the weights down (as slowly as possible) is more profitable in muscle gain than actual weight lifting. Because the term only describes half of the work, I think it should be renamed to "weight moving."

"By shaving my legs I save 2 minutes on my daily commute," said the bicyclist with a big grin on his face. The coworker looked strangely at him and asked: "But how much time do you spend shaving?"
