| Used to be sustainable @ ~90WPM. Years later, I'm averaging about 75-80WPM. Age is in a large part of it (44 now), but mainly because I simply don't write many emails or have reason to type at all. Most of my computer time is gaming. One of many benefits of being a pc gamer is that I have a quality mechanical keyboard, an this DEFINITELY helps improve your typing abilities. I've no doubt that without a good, quality mechanical keyboard, I would be down to near 60-70-ish WPM. | |
