What really helped me improve my typing speed is...

using more than one keyboard. At work, I float between 2 locations - different keyboards. At home, I have a laptop - another keyboard.

I also make sure to sit up straight with my shoulders back.

take a 15 minute break (where/when possible). I get up and walk around. I stretch my hands and my arms.
