Offline downloadable typing test?

For the next chapter in my life I'm going to be living in a van to travel throughout the states to take Master's Mechanic classes for mountain bikes. Since of course I'll be in van, there's no way for me to use the typing programs that I use all the time. Do you guys know of any good downloadable typing programs similar to this one or to MonkeyType?

Elite Typing '99 is good. No idea how to download it these days but I'm sure it's around.

If you haven't seen my reply in other thread (Different typing sites), I post it here again:

https://github.com/… (equivalent to 10fastfingers).
https://github.com/… (equivalent to typeracer / keyhero - quotes are from typeracer).

Both require python and pip to be installed.
Would also like to hear from others and expand on that.
Will also try Typing '99.
