Text: The Justice Duggal Committee's report on private schools in the Capital confirms what harassed parents have been complaining about all these years - that they are being forced to pay exorbitant fees for which they do not get commensurate services. The committee was set up by the Delhi Government following a Delhi High Court order to look into the issue of the fee hike by recognized public schools. Private schools both in the Capital and other metros are virtually unaccountable today. Each paragraph will be a test.
