Text: Budgeting and shopping must be fun, fast, and easy. You shouldn't feel like you have to drag yourself around to every shop in town hunting down savings of a few dollars. You'd blow any savings you make on fuel anyway. The idea of shopping around for fun and profit is to put in the extra effort once every year or two to learn where the best bargains are usually to be found. Each paragraph will be a test.
