Text: Sometimes it's best not to let intrusive thoughts win. I could have slapped you. I could have said really ugly words. But I realize that those intrusive thoughts are much like a hurt animal. They are so hurt and scared that they use the only way they know to defend themselves: aggression. Never let those thoughts win, because you will always regret it afterwards. Each paragraph will be a test.
