This is from The Brothers Karamazov. It is father Zosima's older brother speaking of his spiritual revelations prior to his early death.

Also, when he speaks of "men," he is referring to humanity or "mankind." Not men versus women.

Great quote and great book. Am planning on adding some quotes of stuff from this book I vibed with myself.
