Text: It's so discouraging to be a teacher in this day and age. It truly is an act of martyrdom. We all have this romanticized, idealized image of a teacher, the ever-present and all-knowing keeper of knowledge, sitting serenely behind a desk with a well-organized stack of papers on one side and a gleaming red apple on the other. Lines of facts are printed on the board behind her with military precision. But that exists no more. That teacher is dead. Each paragraph will be a test.
