TRAD Climbing - Curtis Palmer

This quote was added by curtyuiop
Traditional climbing is a style of rock climbing in which a climber or group of climbers place all gear required to protect against falls and remove it when a pitch is complete. When clinging to the side of a cliff, the leader must have one hand free to place the gear. After the leader runs out of rope, the belayer follows, removing all gear.
