Numbers will Never Compensate for Talent - Elon Musk

This quote was added by bitsofjeff
It is a mistake to hire huge numbers of people to get a complicated job done. Numbers will never compensate for talent in getting the right answer (two people who don't know something are no better than one), will tend to slow down progress, and will make the task incredibly expensive.

Note the day this comment by me. Elon Musk understands something in that, but he is not the first to do so. Nothing, the worth of this observation, which is separate from the reasons he gives, for the dynamic of not hiring many to do a new job is not so well understood by him, but the results he is aware of, anyway to run on in sentence, Noting is the same since the Chinese New Year of the year of the White Metal Male Rat, 25 January 2020, gregorian, where the world should have taken full measure of grave and immenient danger yet few did.
