Purity doesn't stop in singleness. If you do not learn the importance of it before marriage, you're still going to face it on the other side of marriage. Purity in singleness isn't about maintaining your virginity or your morality... it's about showing where your heart is and where you're committed. Purity in marriage takes its form in fidelity in many forms. If he or she can show commitment in the hard things now, then they just might be able to commit to you in marriage.
