Contrary to the obvious, I don't think certainty is order. Certainty creates a wall that you need to put everything around in accordance to. Chaos will inevitably emerge by making the things adjust to this certainty that you created. Rules are set to guide, not to command. It is to remind you what happened before, not to tell you what will certainly happen. They say there will always be an exception to everything, which if you follow, will break the very essence of certainty.
