When you first learn to type, you must first practice getting familiar with the keyboard. The best way to learn to touch type is not to look at the keys. A good way to begin is to practice typing two or three letters at a time. For example: Use letters on three different rows that are above and below each other such as (a, q, z) or (f, t, v) or (k, i, n). The art to being a good typist is learning the keyboard without looking and practicing as often as you can. Practice does make perfect!
