I clean the house. As I'm washing the dishes, there is a slight meow going on somewhere. I put a sudsy dish in the sink and dried my hands. Opening the screen door, I wander outside in search of the source. Nothing catches my eye, so I headed back inside the house. You never know in this neighborhood, never know what you might see a bear. They've been spotted up here in this neck of the woods! The meow came from the television. No kitten outside.

REVIEW OF SYSTEMS (ROS): Constitutional: No fever, no chills. Cardiovascular: No chest pain, heart palpitations. Respiratory: No cough, no SOB, no wheezing. GI: No abdominal pain, no nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea. Neuro: No numbness, tingling, weakness. Psychiatric: Normal sleep.

RESPIRATORY: Normal respiratory effort. Clear to auscultation, no rales, no wheeze, no rhonchi. Lungs are clear bilaterally, no accessory muscle use. CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM (CVS): Regular rate and rhythm, without murmurs, gallops, or rubs. No pedal edema. ABD: Soft, non-tender, no organomegaly. NEURO: Normal gait, no tremor, no focal deficit. PSYCH: Alert and oriented, normal reactivity, normal mood and affect, good eye contact.

- Typing Everyday
I am checking out my typing skills using different document platforms. I need to practice my typing skills, which is how I found this site. At the same time, I am also giving my word expansion software a test drive as well. Using different typing websites, it sometimes works well together, and other times not so much. It all depends on the website and how they count the letters during a typing test. Is the spacing or capitals software synced up alright? Once that is done, I can begin to type.
