The 'OK Plateau' is that place we all get to where we just stop getting better at something. Take typing, for example. Actually, while learning any skill you will reach a succession of plateaus. Each new plateau requires a change in the way that you are learning the skill. Or requires a heavy shift in the way that you're thinking about the activity.
