Look at your plate during dinner, I can almost guarantee that there is or has been something on your plate that you don't like to eat. So you tell your parents you don't want to eat it. The food is wasted and gone. Now most people wouldn't think twice about this, but you should. There are people in poverty who think the smallest amount of food is a blessing.
