Text: At this moment in time, I feel very alive - I have a lot of physical sensations, I feel like I'm here and I know what's going on. Though when I'm spaced out, I don't really feel anything, not cold or hungry or in pain from sitting awkwardly. I just sit and think, but not real thoughts, empty thoughts. I don't feel connected with anything. I'm aware that I exist, but it's as if I'm not real, and the rest of the world is. Time seems to slow down, but actually it goes by very fast.
