But much remains to be done. Therefore, it is our collective responsibility to reflect as to how best we can get rid of this massive burden of crying poverty, ignorance and disease which still afflict millions and millions of people in our country. There are differences about measuring poverty, and I am not going into that. People below the poverty line are our primary concerns and, therefore, the identification problem is important but it is only the beginning of finding a solution.
