Text: In the past when I was having a bad hair day or feeling insecure about my outfit, I would let that insecurity fully manifest itself: I'd slouch when I walk and act sheepish, etc. But one day I realized that no matter what I think is wrong with my look, slouching won't help (unless I'm very specifically trying to hide my boobs).
