Hey, I dunno if you'll see this, but please, be gentle with yourself. Cherish and celebrate your good days, but don't beat yourself over for an awful week either. I kind of am in the same situation, having very little energy to do anything outside my routine. But I think we can celebrate every victory, no matter how small, even if it's just stepping out of your home or your bedroom. Sorry if this doesn't make a lot of sense haha, but I find that it does help a little bit.
