What really helped me improve my typing speed is the BBC Typing Mat game (is that even what it's called? lol). I don't even know if it's still a thing on the internet, but it was/it's this website where all you do is practice typing while being greeted with various minigames including these animals that helped you. At least, that's what I remember. It's been 10 years. My computer class in grade school was required to go on the website during typing time, and I loved it so much that I went on it outside of school. I got pretty far compared to the rest of my classmates.

My tip to improve your typing speed is to practice. Practice as much as you can. Being on your computer 24/7 isn't the best idea, but practice on typing websites, messaging friends, or even starting a journal/book/story online all helped (and are helping) me improve how fast I type.

I type too much. Part of it has to do with constantly working on stories; I have more .doc files than I can count. In grade school, I spent most of the hours after school on a typing game because I thought it was fun, and here we are.

If I'm not here, I'm either at school or writing a book series. I might even be playing Minecraft or FFXIV. You decide.
