Text: King not only changed the way African Americans lived but he changed the difference that people saw between people. He made sure segregation in public places didn't exist. He showed people that skin color didn't matter. He showed people that everyone is equal. He used nonviolence to prove his point. All of those marches, protests, and speeches paid off in a way.
