Start timer upon first keypress

I just noticed the timer starts immediately when the text appears.
Can this be changed to start the timer when the first letter is typed instead? This will make for a more accurate wpm calculation.
Or is there a technical difficulty starting the timer on key event?

I agree, I don't think this should be much of a technical challenge as a pause like say 5 seconds could be added like in TypeRacer...
