Smart Quotes/Apostrophe Handling

A recent update should now allow plain apostrophe and quotes characters to be considered equivalent to the "smart" or "curly" variants and vice versa. If you encounter behavior counter to this, please let us know.
It works realy well! Using BÉPO I’m very happy with this update, I had to use an autohotkey script to work around that. Thank you :)
