Progress isn't linear

Hey y'all :)
Have you guys ever heard the phrase "progress isn't linear?" I have mostly heard it in regards to ED and mental health recovery; that is to say, your days will not progressively get better and better in treatment, but rather you have to work and will continue to have good and bad days, until you notice you're in a higher place overall, or maybe those fluctuations are smaller. Anyway, seeing the little graph under my profile is helping nail that home for me. Idk, sometimes I find that you have to experience a lesson for yourself to really internalize it, even if you've heard it aloud before.
I started on KeyHero around 60 WPM, and a year later, I'm around 85WPM. Not the flashiest progress, but I'm still proud of the difference. And my chart is all over the place, up and down and bumpy -- at one point around 95WPM! Basically, what I'm saying is, even though I'm a little slower than I've been in the past, I can still see the progress I've made overall -- and it's way more than if I never started at all. In the same way, although I'm a little sad lately, and least I don't feel how I felt... in high school for example. Ya know what I'm saying? Lol.

TLDR; I think the graph of our all-time progress is cool, and it reminds me of mental health!
