Practice for specific keys

My friend is learning typing, and from high school (where I learned) I remember having particular texts targeting many specific key combinations. The choice and order of words were such that it helped with muscle memory, or annoyed the hell out of us because I was so hard. Do you have any recommendations how could I find (or generate) text similar to the above?

An example: she finds it hard to distinguish between r and t.
you can try the typing practice sessions here on this site or you could do what I did and install the 'typing master pro ' software application and try the practice sessions in that. I finished the practice sessions in that and learned the basic typing from it and then used this site to improve my speed. It will take you approx 3 weeks to learn the basic typing to differentiate the keys like you mentioned. Once that is done you can then take the practice sessions from this site to improve your speed. When I finished my basic typing course from the software my speed was 30-32 wpm and then I started using this site and now I am at early 80 wpm , I have been using this site for 5 months now. This plan of action worked wonders for me and I intend to reach the much coveted '100' wpm.

I used a site called ratatype.com to learn touch typing, It's free to make an account and complete the 15 lessons. Some lessons focus on certain key combinations. Hope it helps!
