Like Icarus I flew too close to the sun and singed (but not burned) my wings. Basically, per each account, admin(s) had to reduce total number of played games in hopes of dropping my average score below 200. I'm still leading the board, baby!

Anyway, what are we going to do about Julian Assange? cheatbot-cara, any ideas?
By cheatbot - posted: 5 Jahre, 5 Monate vor

Why not just simply eliminate those accounts, and mine too, obviously? Maybe not so simple like that?

With Julian probably will be the same thing they did to Lula...

Peeps,

I RETIRE. I'VE HAD MY FUN WITH THIS WEBSITE. I'VE RAVISHED KeyHero PAINFULLY & ROYALLY but "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH" as @root says. I was even able to anger its admins (read above); yes, the wrath of site admins > trolling of any regular user. It's important that we all try to find these types of vulnerabilities on other websites out there! Take a page from my book. Hackers, code-breakers and other byte-phuckers help advance academic research in the fields of cryptography, cryptanalysis, information security etc. Thus, if there were fewer guys like me, entire Humanity would be worse off in terms of understanding how this universe works.

I could have easily created 10K accounts @ 200 WPM but I see little point in doing so. I will let YOU try to figure out how I've been able to flood the leaderboard.

Sincerely,

Alex G

There are tutorials on how to cheat online typing tests on YouTube. I don't really get the point, seems like a waste of time to me. But they're there.
By betty_d - posted: 5 Jahre, 4 Monate vor

Listen vatnyk, I really don't care with what or how you're cheating. If flooding a leader board on a typing test web site means that much to you, (and you don't have anything else going on in your sad, pathetic life) then go for it! You do you.
By gelbut144 - posted: 5 Jahre, 4 Monate vor

What's "vatnyk"? no idea what you're talking about :( is that Bulgarian? Hebrew? Speak English! This is an English-speaking online community.

Personal attacks? Wow... very mature. Well, you haven't exactly lived the life of Amy Winehouse or Steve Jobs to tell someone his/her life is pathetic in comparison. In the grand scheme of things, no one has ever heard of you. No one knows you. You're pretty much non-existent. After you die, what will your legacy be?

My goal was to break previous highest score - ain't nothing wrong with that :) If there were more people like you who thought that breaking records (e.g. Olympic Games) and achieving max scores was pathetic waste of life, entire humanity would be worse off. Please, change your attitude!

I never said nor implied that in any way actually but great job on twisting my words in a very crude and childish kind of way. I don't measure myself against anyone. That's just silly. Just an fyi: Steve Jobs also used to work on various small projects back in the day ---> think: starting new IT company in [Jobs'] parents' garage... to answer your next question "no, I don't live in a garage" :) However, the DeBartolos of IT industry were unable to stop him from going to the top. That OCR thingy won't give you 200 WPM average. Sorry to burst your bubble.

White-hat testing != cheating ... why can't this simple inequality sink into your head? you bid me adieu, so we'll never know. I'm not trying to gloat but you kinda asked for it.

So I'm getting the idea that you took getting 1st place on Keyhero as a challenge for... whatever you do (lol I know nothing about coding or anything like it). Tell me if I'm wrong, but I think that is clear.
Either way, there is one thing I can be certain of through this odd forum- we are still on a typing website! Yeah... did you forget that? You're using a completely different skill to get a good title for a completely different skill. And that is where I question you!
... Why? Just. Why?
Achieving a high title on a typing website by not typing is like submitting a photograph to a painting contest. And winning because your detailing was good. I just can't see how you can be proud of that... sure, you might be talented in that other skill (photography in this case), but how can you be proud of earning the title of a good painter when you didn't even paint? It's just... fake, ya know? And it seems pointless to invest time into getting that title when you can't even be proud of it. Man, was that hard to explain.
You also said that being competitive and trying to get first is a good thing, and I agree, but when you're doing so in a way that's fake and doesn't really benefit your skill in that subject... it seems like a waste of time.

Sorry I haven't been checking keyhero lately but here it goes...

Why? First of all, how can anyone take this website seriously? It's so buggy. It has this 2009 feel written all over it. Since you're not a professional PROGRAMMER (only business analysts say 'coder' BTW) I wouldn't expect you to understand how important it is to test ALL of clients' requirements and pass UAT cycle. It shows quality and rigor of someone's completed work. I'm sorry to disappoint you but whatever max score you have achieved on this site doesn't really count, and I'm not trying to troll. Why? That's 'cause this website hasn't been set up correctly right from the start, i.e. poor requirements + inadequate testing = GIANT MESS. You wouldn't want to paint on a hole-riddled canvas, right? ... well unless of course you're participating in a painting competition where all painters are forced to use hole-riddled canvases ;) What kind of silly competition would that be? Sorry for "poking holes" in your analogy but other than that I liked your painting scenario. (Do you watch Bob Ross paint all those mountains?) There's a bug in WPM calculation logic somewhere in this javascript file -> /static/CACHE/js/b0eff27ed300.js

Secondly, we don't live in a perfect world. People play unfairly sometimes and get away with cheating to our dismay but they don't seem to care :( just think how many scummy Olympians won first prizes by means of doping... not to mention corrupt referees and judges as in the case of "Hand of God" (Argentina v England 1986). Some people even go as far as saying that superior genes is another form of cheating. I'm sure there's plenty of haters out there who'd refer to Kenyan/Ethiopian marathon runners as 'cheaters'. That's just awful. So, what is "cheating"? This is more of a rhetoric question.

Thirdly, I was trying to achieve max score and expose certain bugs for fun. Well, maybe that's just my idea of having fun :) Feel free to hoot... don't care. Granted, it was a little bit obnoxious of me to create all those 600+ accounts to prove my point. Actually, I wasn't creating those accounts manually all by myself. I was able to AUTOMATE that process! Now THAT was a challenge in its own right! Besides, I wanted to challenge other people's dev skills. See, I like to challenge people.

Lastly, replying to my messages may also be viewed as one form of wasting own time unless of course you enjoy this type of activity in which case go ahead - waste more of your time... but remember that every time someone posts new message on this board, this [thread] immediately shoots to the very top. Do you really want that? I already have enough exposure :) Perhaps, we should all stop wasting each other's time.

FYI: All forum boards are heavily moderated. Several messages (by @boi, @weesin and me) have been mercilessly erased. Censorship #1984 :) Someone even said my posts were a bit 'sexist'. Do you even know the meaning of this word? Look up 'Expatriation Act of 1907'! You'll learn so many new things about sexism in politics, my friends ) We need to stop overusing such words (e.g. 'racism', 'misogynistic', 'misandry' etc). Otherwise, they will lose all their intended impact and turn into interjections. That's common sense, people! In general, you have to be extra careful with any word that ends with "-ism"... those are baaaaaad words. FFS, March/8 is not even a federal holiday in US! However, it IS a national holiday in many countries which embraced traditional family values. That sure as heck pi$$es off Western feminazis and their fellow snowflakes. Are we really such a progressive nation?

@kiriiya severe case of sour grapes? You should be on my side in this debate but if you want to talk trash, then go to youtube - you'll make so many new friends with this attitude. If there's anyone "destroyed" around here, it's the developers of this website. Sorry, devs. I like you but this website needs to be updated ASAP. So many loopholes.... please fix them!

In conclusion:
- I did this for learning purposes.
- We live in different worlds, @boi. You don't code/program. That's cool but don't be a hater. I don't expect you to understand the impact of my work/research. I hope that didn't sound too patronizing in your head.
- What you see as 'waste of time', others may regard as opportunity to learn new skills and/or challenge their existing perceptions on website development and security testing. Personally, I learned a great deal of javascript. Achieving 200 WPM was more of a programming puzzle.
- It takes all kinds to make the world go round :)

How come you don't grill other users who scored 195+ WPM on this site, huh? Maybe that's 'cause they're less vocal.

There's nothing left for me to say except that there're better typing practice websites out there! Explore!

Putin kicks ass! What do you think about this guy?
By coolby - posted: 4 Jahre, 10 Monate vor

Putin has ordered killings of people that disagree with him. That is not ethical. He has also expanded his own power and extended his time in office to be able to be essentially indefinite. He does not have the best interest (or really much interest at all) of Russians in mind. But he sure appears as a strongman on the world stage and I guess that's worth quite a bit to the uneducated masses of Russia/the US/the world.
By seinfeld - posted: 4 Jahre, 10 Monate vor

Trump had ordered a callous US drone strike which resulted in the killing of top Iranian general Qasem Soleimani. Mind you, Soleimani was visiting Iraq for diplomatic reasons while having diplomatic immunity. Effectively, he was killed on the territory of a country other than his own or his enemy (USA). When you point a finger at someone else, there're three pointing back at you... remember that, bud. Will you be able to provide concrete and irrefutable evidence to support your claims against Vladimir? *** crickets *** Thought so. I'll try to explain in the way that even YOU will be able to understand: if you're against Putin, you're against Russian sovereignty and all Russian citizens.
Updated 4 Jahre, 10 Monate vor
By coolby - posted: 4 Jahre, 10 Monate vor

Did you read what I wrote? You certainly did not directly address it. If Vladimir had done the things that I claim (killed innocent people that disagree with him to remain in power), would you still find him supportable?

You are participating in a logical fallacy variant called whataboutism.

The actions of Trump are irrelevant to the point I was making. I do, however, think Trump ordering the killing of a foreign official in another country we are not at war with was unethical, destabilizing, and poorly thought through.
By seinfeld - posted: 4 Jahre, 10 Monate vor

I disagree with you. Trump's actions are very relevant for the purposes of this debate. Here's why. The West universally considers any US president (yes, that includes Trump) as "The Leader of the Free World" whereas Putin is regarded as a bad guy. Now, considering what's happened to Soleimani, are you seriously expecting me not to bring that up against Trump? This sounds like a double standard to me. I seek truth, and truth is usually discovered when we compare two different things/people side-by-side. Apparently, I care about truth way more than you do. How can we possibly consider Trump but not Putin as the Leader of the Free World after that event?

Ironically, accusation of "whataboutism" is itself a form of whataboutism since you're trying to dismiss my criticism of your argument by calling it "whataboutism". Essentially, you're creating a double standard here: you think you're allowed to criticize Putin using some argument "A" whereas I'm not allowed to point out obvious shortcomings of Trump's decisions using same argument "A" and providing concrete facts. Arguments against Putin work equally well against Trump. It's not like Trump and Putin exist in different worlds. At least, it's irrefutable fact that Trump has indeed terminated/killed Soleimani. I'm asking you one more time: DO YOU HAVE ANY CONCRETE EVIDENCE PUTIN HAS KILLED ANYONE? If not, then this conversation is over. You can't just go around and call world leaders 'killers' without providing evidence. Compile evidence, then we'll talk.

"He has also expanded his own power and extended his time in office to be able to be essentially indefinite." Stop watching CNN... seriously! This has nothing to do with Putin. Russian Federation has always been in need of a very strong parliament. It's to ensure that no fool/traitor like Gorbachev could have a chance to f*** things up.
By coolby - posted: 4 Jahre, 10 Monate vor

My original comment about Putin was about Putin; no one else. I want to discuss Putin on his own merits as an ethical leader- not in the context of other controversial or possibly unethical leaders. I don't care about discussing Trump. I don't care about the media perceptions, for the purpose of this discussion. Saying "action A is okay because this other person did action B" is not interesting and not a convincing point.

My point is that Putin has ordered the killings of people that disagree with him. That is unethical. You seem to either disagree that he has ever done this OR seem to think that it is okay because ...other world leaders have also done unethical things? Could you address whether or not that is an accurate summary?
By coolby - posted: 4 Jahre, 10 Monate vor

There have been numerous deaths in Russia and abroad, of people that disagreed with Putin or his interests. Deaths due to radioactive polonium and mysterious, unsolved deaths have occurred. I'll concede that it is likely consequent to the political climate that Putin has created, and perhaps he is not always or rarely involved, but running a country in which journalists that disagree with the ruling-party's views die (and are rarely fully investigated) is very unlikely to be a coincidence.

You're right- I cannot prove that Putin has ordered killings of people. If that is the burden of proof you need in order to think this is a reasonable belief to hold, then no need to keep responding. In my mind, that isn't a reasonable standard to hold when it is very possible for the people in power to cover up such behavior. "Oh these journalists that disagree with Putin keep dying but I'm sure it is a coincidence, as he says he didn't do it. Plenty of groups have ready access to radioactive plutonium".

By seinfeld - posted: 4 Jahre, 10 Monate vor

You forgot to mention Novichok which turned out to be a hoax.

WRT poisoning of Alexander Litvinenko: no link to Putin actually. There were many suspects though, incl. Andrey Lugovoy, multi-billionaire Boris Berezovsky, Dima Kovtun etc. etc. To date, Putin has never ordered a drone strike of any top official with diplomatic immunity in another proxy country. So, if you want to reprimand anyone, it should be Trump! He's set a very dangerous precedent. I know that "whataboutism" triggers you a lot, but it's 100% justified here. Like I said, you can't talk about Putin without talking about the so-called "Leader of the Free World". I'm merely exposing your hypocritical stance on Putin. As if UK/US has never used whataboutism in response to criticisms leveled at by Russia and USSR... f yr double standards!

Actually, have you even lived in Russia? What gives you the right to bash Putin's presidency? World Cup 2018 kicked ass. You should've been there. Of course, it's not the just World Cup. In general, standards of living have improved significantly since Putin became president. Chances are, you get all your info from politically biased ultra-leftist Western media outlets like CNN etc. Yeaaaaah, they never say anything nice about Putin b/c he's no Boris Yeltsin.

It is fully appropriate to reprimand Trump. For the 3rd time, I agree with you about that. In fact, we don't have to talk about Trump anymore. It seems like we agree about him.

We disagree about the fact that you can talk about Putin without talking about another person. You don't need to compare two people in order to discuss one of them. My double standards? I have not set any double standards. I am only interested in discussing Putin's actions.

Are you deciding that one must have lived in Russia in order to claim that Putin has been involved in the murder of journalists? I wasn't aware that is a requirement.

Based on the list I posted- something like 34 journalists that have been at least partially misaligned with Putin's administration have died in questionable ways. Those numbers are significantly smaller in all other advanced nations, despite some with massively larger populations. It sounds like your claim, at this point, is that it is a coincidence.

I believe I've proved my point. You've been unable to convince me or anyone else for that matter that Putin is as bad or evil as you're trying to portray him. I'm not saying I'm a fan of this guy. No one's perfect. He's a human after all, not a KGB cyborg from the past :)

I could also agree that Putin's actions will be judged by history. No, he won't be attending any tribunals in Hague. Other than that it's a moot point.

Have a good day!
By seinfeld - posted: 4 Jahre, 10 Monate vor

And no, you don't need to have that experience on your cv to claim Putin's involvement in any kind of affair. I was actually referring to the time you said "Putin doesn't have the best interest of Russians in mind". I only have two words to say: "maternity capital". Yup, look it up! Russian women get paid $12,000 for their FIRST child. They don't even do that in Sweden, US, Canada, France, you name it... hehehe. Western feminists are pissed off that such patriarchal alpha bruh like Putin has come up with that idea first. And yes, Mar/8 (International Women's Day) is a national holiday in Russia but not in US/Canada.... IN YO FACE :)

Yes, his actions will be judged by history. Hopefully the investigations in to the many questionable deaths of people that disagreed with him will be investigated super fairly.
By coolby - posted: 4 Jahre, 10 Monate vor

I will name Norway, where you are paid the equivalent of $6000 CAD, then $160 per month until the child is 18. Japan also offers significant cash incentives for having children, the more kids you have, the more you get.

Seems much more likely that countries that are worried about declining or stagnant populations would offer cash incentives.

Putin signed into law a bill that decriminalized first-time domestic violence, in 2017. I would prefer a country where there was a disincentive to physically abuse a woman over one that had no such protection, but had a holiday for women. Not being physically abused is kind of like having a holiday everyday!

Considering that Russia lost 13,950,000 civilians/troops in WW2 (12.7% of total population) and experienced sharp demographic decline during the 90's, it's definitely a fantastic idea to start subsidizing Russian families this way. So yeah, I'm glad you agree with me that Putin is doing great things for Russian families! Case in point. BTW: Alaska, Vermont and Wyoming could probably benefit from similar subsidies on the federal level.

"Putin signed into law a bill that decriminalized first-time domestic violence"... I was actually hoping you'd bring that up. I guess CNN staffers got lost in translation. In the past, you could get charged with FELONY for any family-related "violence", including spanking your children with belt (I know... ridiculous). I know for a fact that such cases are generally considered misdemeanors and gross misdemeanors in US, e.g. https://www.revisor…
Decriminalization has resulted in reduced burden on Russian courts. Judges are now able to focus on more severe cases of family-related VIOLENCE. In the past, Russian courts had been swamped with all kinds of petty cases. Meanwhile, in US, we often hear reports about foster parents SEXUALLY abusing their adopted children.

Furthermore, Putin has done following awesome things:
1. Played pivotal role in defeating ISIL and restoring legitimate Syrian government
2. Repatriated millions of Russian-speaking people living in Crimea and Donbass region
3. Polish government claims that Soviet Union facilitated Nazi Germany during WW2. Essentially, Poland thinks Soviet Union and Nazi Germany are both culpable of starting World War II. On that basis, Poland has refused to participate in the 75th Anniversary celebrations in Moscow. Putin is trying to preserve historicity of those events. Poland is trying to distort that truth.

If I could give one tiiiiiny bit of criticism, it's this one. He acts too gentlemanly with certain Western leaders: chess-playing Putin VS kickboxing Trump. Vlad is a grandmaster, though. Trump acts like a gorilla that constantly bullies and intimidates other nations but he'll never start WW3. He [Trump] is definitely nothing like Hillary in that regard. She'd be PMS'ing all over the Middle East. In case you didn't get the joke: there would have been blood... LOTS OF BLOOD in Iran and Syria.

John McCain used to call Putin a 'thug' and Russia a 'gas station masquerading as a country'. Apparently, Russophobia and Putinophobia give some people brain cancer. So, I hope this doesn't happen to you, my friend!
