If you type with two fingers

At ~100 WPM, would you be able to type at 400 WPM with 8?
First of all- wow, typing at 100 WPM with two fingers is insane.
Second of all- typing with two fingers vs. typing with four fingers are worlds away. You've memorized the perfect technique for finger movement using two fingers, which will apply perfectly to your method of using 2 fingers instead of 8. But using 8 fingers will require a LOT of getting used to, technique applying, and practice- due to different finger movements and necessary controlling. For example, with 8 fingers I type around 120 WPM- but using just 2 fingers I can only type 20 WPM. Memorizing the keyboard is certainly a big help but it's not like you can just suddenly multiply your fingers AND your speed and get 400 WPM.
Third of all- 400 WPM is barely even human. Even if you put decades into working on your WPM speed WITH 8 fingers, getting 400 WPM? Yeah right. Good luck with that.
Fourth of all- I'm seriously astonished at how you can reach 100 WPM with 2 fingers, but 2 fingers is nearly as efficient a technique as using 8 fingers. Tell me if I'm wrong but you're not going to get much further by using 2 fingers. Just switch to 8 fingers soon. 2 fingers is a cool party trick, but otherwise useless. Thank me later.

Based on the fact the world record is 216 WPM... No
The fastest typing speed ever, 216 words per minute, was achieved by Stella Pajunas-Garnand from Chicago in 1946 in one minute on an IBM electric using the QWERTY key layout. As of 2005, writer Barbara Blackburn was the fastest English language typist in the world, according to The Guinness Book of World Records.

Not unless you were chording words, which is basically how steno works. According to wikipedia the record on steno is around 360 wpm

I think I can push my two finger typing up to ~130 WPM with extreme amounts of practice. The reason is very simply: accuracy. My accuracy is still worse than mediocre despite years of practice. The reason is pretty obvious: even though I have the layout memorized and I can simply move through muscle memory, it is far easier to mishit keys. For example, when I am typing a new sentence starting in "A," I must move both of my fingers to the far left side of the keyboard. It is very easy to make a mistake after that if the next letter is, say, p. It is also more difficult to recover from mistakes because my hands aren't tethered to anything--rather, they're roaming freely, and so I sometimes will need to stop touch typing and regain my bearings. However, when I don't make errors I can sustain 120-130 WPM. It is just that every error absolutely decimates my speed.
Also, it is indeed a "cool party trick," but I never intended it to be. I just never learned to type properly and so just used two fingers to type. Over time, without even practicing, I became very good at it. It's not meant to be a gimmick, though.

Well, the geological feature of Venus does not suggest this hypothesis. If you draw a coordinate plane and figure out -4 and positive 3, it does not add up to your hypothesis. Multiply these to by the absolute value of pi and you will get your answer. I have calculated this and am sure that your hypothesis is not correct. If all 8 typing fingers go at the same time, mainly your pointer fingers will do all the work. It depends on the words/letters of the thing you are typing. Thanks for listening to me.
