Different Typing sites

As I was progressing along the Odin project for learning web development, I found KeyBr and MonkeyType as alternate typing sites; KeyBr seems really character focused and Monkeytype just seems less structured than this site. I'm definitely sticking to KeyHero after trying these sites but what are your thoughts?
I think Monkeytype is an alternative since it also has quotes / phrases, as well as simple words (such as 10fastfingers).
I don't know KeyBr, will check it out.
typingstudy.com is a good resource for especially learning / training touch typing.

Additionally I like to have some offline applications available:
https://github.com/… (equivalent to 10fastfingers).
https://github.com/… (equivalent to typeracer / keyhero - quotes are from typeracer).

That offline list of typing resources would be really helpful, Thank you!
