Any tips on how to get a 100+ WPM score?

My average score is around 58-70 WPM. Does anyone have any tips on how to get a 100+ WPM score?
Three things:
1. Type slower. It's counter intuitive but if you do, your accuracy will improve and you will see a spike in your wpm.
2. Keep a record of common words and phrases you mistype at speed and(adn) of(fo) the(teh) your(yoru) what(waht) are some common speed typing mistakes. Also people don't practice "- , . ; :" and use of capitals enough so that affects wpm.
3. Give yourself an aim, a deadline, a forefeit and reward. Mine? 128 at 100% accuracy in 3 months, no cinema for 3 months if I fail and if I succeed I'll get a better gig.

Type more and make sure that you practice hard texts, also slow down on words you know you often make typos on to improve accuracy on that word. "Practice does not make perfect. Only perfect practice makes perfect."
