Joy is a feeling you can't quite describe. It's like the laughter and happiness in a child's eyes. But joy can come from grown-ups too. Joy isn't the feeling of getting a check on Friday, joy is the feeling of someone being happy their way.

When you give kindness, you will receive kindness. But when you give negative feelings, unfortunately they'll come back to you too. It's kind of like a boomerang. See when you throw that boomerang it always comes in your direction. So the boomerang is similar to kindness.
