These generic motivational quotes are tiresome. People have been talking for centuries about the power of positive thinking. The problem is that they end up underrating the necessity of expressing regret and disappointment. Trying to spin *everything* in a "positive" way is a surefire recipe for fooling yourself. There is a form of optimism that's healthy, and there is a form of optimism that is unhealthy. The unhealthy form can be taken to cruel extremes, such as the denial of people's real suffering.

huh lol, it's like asking why there are victories and defeats in a sport.. firstly, sports are not simple, the better team wins, it's not just about following rules, but implementing strategies.. similarly, maths is not just random sets of equations. It's more than just following commands.. no offense but I didn't like the tone and the fact that you will make a random typist feel bad about not being good at something..

I'm not sure about this one. It doesn't specify what "making the most out of any given moment" entails, but some people could see it as a justification for a toxic productivity mindset. Even if not seen from this lense, I know people who burn out because they pack their 'leisure time' with too many things to do. Ultimately, it is often hard to judge what is and what isn't a waste of time, so telling people to make the most out of any given amount of time is going to lead to peolpe doing more time-wasting activities faster.
