G-Dragon (GD) is a Korean Singer/Rapper. How I see this quote is that his works from around 2011-2014 were very unique and gained a lot of popularity. The defining factor being how different they were to other songs (including his own). As he gained more and more popularity through his songs, more and more pressure piled on him to make something better than what he previously did. This means it's getting harder and harder to come up with unique and interesting concepts and ideas in future songs. So now he's overly filled with the need to do something different, which is quite unhealthy depending on the intensity of the desire.

I might not know what this means, but I will still comment on it nonetheless.
