The Justice Duggal Committee's report on private schools in the Capital confirms what harassed parents have been complaining about all these years - that they are being forced to pay exorbitant fees for which they do not get commensurate services. The committee was set up by the Delhi Government following a Delhi High Court order to look into the issue of the fee hike by recognized public schools. Private schools both in the Capital and other metros are virtually unaccountable today.
